Recent updates

We have tweaked our rating system so that you must login to rate. This is partly to try and grab gamers to register on the site but also to stop inconsiderate users from flagging poor games up as 5 stars. We have also implemented some tags for the stars. Again, this is just for some guidance when rating. The rating feature is a lot cleaner now.
